ODG members need no introduction to Harold’s distinguished career as one of Australia’s top Torts scholars. The citation was:

I am personally very grateful for Harold’s mentoring and friendship after his kind invitation for me to join the team on the last few editions of the textbook that will always be known as “Luntz & Hambly”, and for the example he has set me of precision and clarity in legal writing, as well as challenges to keep on keeping in mind the impact of academic tort law on the lives of individual litigants.
Warm regards
Neil
